We just received confirmation that managers, including acting managers, can still bank and use CTO. We need to thank our new acting managers at Toronto West Detention Centre for stepping up to the plate at this particular time. The full time managers will appreciate being able to take time off using CTO during the summer months because now they will have acting managers filling in for them.
